Standard Delivery (in working days)
- Designs - 5 to 10 days.
- First proof within 5 days of receipt of order.
- Bluelines/colour keys within 2 days of approval.
- Small jobs delivered within 3 days of final approval.
- Larger jobs delivered within 6 days of final approval.
- Copy & digital jobs delivered within 2 days of final approval.

A trouble-free file constitutes:
- A single file created in QuarkXpress, Adobe PageMaker or a PDF file.
- All resources such as fonts and graphics have been included.
- All coloured elements have been specified properly.
- The file is free of postscript errors and corrupt elements.
Unigraphics Limit of Responsibility
For the purposes of storage, Unigraphics assumes ownership of all electronic files, artwork, negatives and plates files while in our possession. Customers may retrieve their electronic, negative, plate and artwork files at a cost of $35.00 per request, for a period of up to one year after the invoice date. Due to storage limitations, Unigraphics assumes no responsibility for files one year beyond the invoice date, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. All creative elements remain the property of Unigraphics until the invoice relating to those creative elements is paid in full. Payment terms are net thirty days from date of invoice. Payments by credit card will be accepted only on orders under $250.00 before taxes unless prior arrangements have been made. Interest will be calculated at 2% per month (24% per annum) on all overdue accounts. An order is considered complete within plus or minus 5% of the order quantity.
